Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quliaty of our proudcts.
We want you to love everything you purchase from Norther Icons, and we stand by every item we make, We understand when something you order just doesn't quite fit. No worries! Our return and exchange process is very quick and easy. Items purchased from Northernicons.ca can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, un-used, un-washed, and in original packaging.
At this time we do not offer free returns.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you are shipping items that total over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged itemsIf there is a damaged item in your order a Return Authorization (RA) label will be issued. You must report this and any other return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to get a replacement item.
Any return that comes back to our warehouse that was not authorized (EX: if there is no RA label or RA number) and/or if it is not in its originally packing will result in an additional 10% fee.
Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange for a different size or colour you must return the order for refund and repurchase the product on our site.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale item exemptionAll sales on sale items are final, are not eligible for a return.
