How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are packed and shipped throughout Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date.

most of orders  are shipped via Canada Post  from our warehouse in vancouver, International Orders will be processed through their local postal network once it arrives to their destination country.
Orders placed during weekends and selected holidays will be processed on the next business day. After its shipment, you can find its tracking number on your Order Page. 
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your shipment may be delayed for an additional 2 business days.

A contact number will be necessary for safe and quick delivery service . Please fill out your contact number for each order.

Estimated delivery time: 1-7 days from time of shipment.

Certain oversized items and shipping addresses may be exempt from Free Shipping.We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but  Northern Icons does not guarantee specific delivery times and cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, peak periods etc.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse.
Damaged  shipments：

Claims on orders received must be made within 72 hours of receiving your shipment via email at info@norternicons.ca.

Can you gift box my order？

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift-wrap at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
